Meg Van Winkle

Meg Van Winkle is the Chief of Staff to the CEO at Genpact, where she drives key strategic initiatives pivotal to the company's business goals. She collaborates with major internal and external stakeholders to foster strategic, growth-focused engagement and leads the Office of the CEO.

Previously, Meg was Genpact’s Growth Excellence and Commercial Transformation Leader, where she was keenly focused on formulating Genpact’s growth strategies for the company. She joined Genpact in 2018, as part of the corporate strategy team, focused on growth areas like data, analytics, technology, and experience.

Meg joined Genpact from Accenture where she had 18 years of experience, most recently in Growth and Strategy, overseeing execution for Accenture Digital, with a focus on Analytics and AI. She began her professional career as an investment banker.

Meg graduated from the Tuck School of Business at Dartmouth College as a Tuck Scholar with High Distinction and has her BA (Honors) from Wellesley College.
